PROFFESIONAL BIO
Tereza Tara is a young czech film director. Her films were awarded at several film festivals. The film FISH'N'PILLS about a journey of contraceptive pills causing sex changes by male fish has inspired international audience. The film GURU AND GIRL discovered sexual abuse of teenage girls by Guru Jára in his esoteric school Poetrie, years before it became widely known. Tereza Tara is shooting a documentary HEALING ME, about her personal journey of healing from a kidney disease, which will be released in 2012. She studied documentary filmmaking at FAMU and directed several TV documentaries, mostly for Czech Television. Tereza Tara lives in Prague.
